Live Music at the Geese and Fountain

Every Sunday, 5pm – 7pm

The Geese and Fountain presents live music sessions every Sunday evening. Everything from jazz to rock, folk to blues, country to soul. Sometimes it’s a solo performer, sometimes a small band. Usually acoustic or semi-acoustic in style, we like to keep it fairly relaxed and easy to listen to.

Once a month, on the second Sunday, the floor is open for singers, musicians and other performers in our ‘Folk and Acoustic Club’. Two hours of taking turns performing whatever takes your fancy. We’ve had harps, flutes and a double bass in attendance before now, along with lots of guitars and other stringed instruments. You can, of course, sing unaccompanied, or just come along to listen. But it’s a very friendly group that welcomes all ages and all abilities, so don’t be surprised if you find yourself singing before the night is out.

Acts coming up include:

Sunday 2nd February: Jess Orestano (singer-songwriter from Northamptonshire)

Sunday 9th February: G&F Folk and Acoustic Club
